What is this?
While digitizing my grandparents’ letters and photos from WWII, I came across many photos of people who aren’t family members. Many were soldiers who served in the Aleutian Campaign, and others were people living in Northeast Texas or Arkansas at the time. I would like to reunite these images with their loved ones when possible.
Alice’s photos of herself and friends near Sulphur Springs, TX are under “Homefront” and Shorty’s photos of himself and others during his enlistment are under “Soldiers.”
